Girl Scouts get corny

As part of the aMaze Journey we are working on, we ventured out to the corn maze today.  The aMaze Journey works on several challenges kids face daily including bullies, cliques, stereotypes, friendship, and many more.  One of today's activities focused on trust.  The girls were partnered up and one was blind folded.  They were only allowed to use their voices to give directions to find their way out of the maze.  Periodically, Maria and I would throw them a curve ball as would happen in the maze of their life.
We had a great time and it was nice to be able to do something outside of the classroom.  I'm very much looking forward to the other outings we have planned this year.  Here's a few pictures of our time in the corn maze.
